With today’s high unemployment, many people are attracted to offers they see on the internet for Work-At-Home-Opportunities.

While it IS true that with persistence, even an  inexperience person can make good money on the Internet, there are also a lot of hucksters trying to make a fast buck

3. Read testimonials carefully.  If they don’t actually mention making a detailed income figure, it may be a scam.

4. Look with care at the return policy.  If there isn’t an unconditioned refund offered for at least 60 days, avoid the offer COMPLETELY.  You should NOT have to PROVE to the Seller that you have tried their program and failed. There are tons of programs that have a no-questions asked refund policy.

5. Read the Terms and Conditions:  These are often camouflaged, but you can usually find them.  If they seem deliberately problematic or confusing, avoid the program!

Happily there ARE a number of reliable ways newcomers CAN make money on the internet, so long as they apply some simple tests like the above.
